Hi everyone, would love your opinion on what to get for my first Chanel bag. I am debating between the black coco handle bag or black Chanel 19 bag. It seems to be a debate between classic or trendy - I love both but can only get one right now. I'm considering on purchasing my first Chanel bag. I really love the Coco bag, because I'm a top-handle gal. Is it possible to walk in a boutique and just purchase one without an extensive purchase history? Coco Handle - prim and proper, very "dainty". Chanel 19 - almost the exact opposite, casual and cool, edgy. Mini Rectangle - classic, traditional, versatile. Personally, I would get the mini rectangular because the CCH is way too far out of my lane style-wise and I found the straps of the Chanel 19 uncomfortable (unpopular opinion, btw).
